Regular water supply for Chase Village

Residents of Chase Village and the Couva North constituency will have noticed an improvement in their water supply.

This is down to the completion of the Chase Village Pipeline Project which saw the installation of 11 kilometres of pipeline.

MP for Couva North, Ms. Ramona Ramdial, said the improvements mean a lot to her constituents as over 700 households went from having a water supply for two or three days per week, to having a constant water supply.

She said other communities can benefit from similar WASA projects.

MP Ramdial also dismissed claims that there is favouritism shown when selecting which communities get these projects.
