BIO:

Having served Caroni East diligently as the party’s constituency Treasurer, Secretary and Chairman, Dr. Rishad Seecheran is now seeking to represent the people of Caroni East at the Parliamentary level.

As a Qualified General Dental Surgeon, with Post-Graduate Certificates in Dental Implantology and now pursuing Bachelor of Laws with the University of London, Dr. Seecheran is the Owner and Principal Dental Surgeon, DentalPlus Limited.

Over the years, Dr Seecheran has undertaken many projects within this Constituency to assist the vulnerable, homeless and ensure proper educational opportunities for children of Caroni East. Dr Seecheran has played an instrumental role in our party’s medical clinics helping hundreds of patients throughout Trinidad while he has supported the work of our party’s national youth arm since 2013.

Dr. Seecheran has the vision, drive, and qualifications to continue to record of people-centred representation in Caroni East
