Rowley needs to be hauled before the Privileges Committee for his willful and deliberate attempt to mislead Parliament…
The MOU between NGC and WASA was signed by the PNM in 2006!
Opposition Leader Keith Rowley call to his supporters to assemble outside Parliament to protest the Government’s award of a $1.6 billion contract to construct the Beetham Waste Water Treatment Plant, which is being managed by the National Gas Company (NGC) on behalf of WASA is indeed a clear case of this man misleading his supporters.
Rowley urged his supporters to come to parliament knowing that it was under the PNM administration (where he was a senior cabinet minister) that a Memorandum of Understanding was signed on January 6 2006 between WASA and NGC.
Indeed, Rowley stands accused of lying outright to his Party members and the national community in a most dramatic manner; his latest accusations is so full of lies and falsehoods. He is now bombarding the country with relentless negativity and one scare campaign after another.
Rowley and the truth are clearly far apart and need to establish an acquaintance and relationship. He has now earned a reputation as someone who is fast becoming a national bully; he still has not changed his “inacceptable and reprehensible behaviour” that resulted in him being fired from the Manning Cabinet.
Manning was absolutely correct when he labelled him “a raging bull” and “a wajank,” displaying “wajank and hooligan behaviour” and further described him as a man full of hate, bitterness, acrimony, animosity and completely out of control when he does not get his way. This is what we are witnessing first-hand.
Rowley needs to be hauled before the Privileges Committee for his willful and deliberate attempt to mislead Parliament… once again!
