Political Ads

This is a very interesting political season! The advertising campaigns undertaken by all parties is quite entertaining and somewhat incredulous. When I listen to the PNM’s assertion that they stand for integrity and they are the future I cannot help but be taken aback. How short our memories are! Where was the integrity when  John O’Halloran, Francis Prevatt and Calder Hart was pilfering the future riches of the country and denying future generations their due. How can you be so ironic!

And how about the ILP? All they can do is idolize their leader in their ads. How can you have an ad just going “Let’s Jack” over and over! Is that the choices we, as citizens, are being offered in this election. The PP is at least showing us what they did in the last three years in government, and how they affected the lives of people positively. They are giving a record of performance that is impressive. I can vote for that!
