PM Kamla Persad Bissessar honours Special Olympians

Four students of the Lady Hochoy Home in Penal were today honoured by Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar, SC, MP, for being part of the Trinidad and Tobago Special Olympics team which won bronze at the Field Hockey tournament in South Korea, recently.
The four students are:
1) Nikki Jangeesingh, is a hairing impaired student who started school at age 12 in the Home Economics Department. She is now pursuing a BeautyCulture and Hairdressing course.
2) Rishi Ramnarine, excelled in Agriculture and Maintenance of the school grounds.
3) Daniel Ramphal, got international media attention in South Korea.
4) Devan Mahadeo, is a part time student of Lady Hochoy Home. He is computer literate and has a driver’s license.
