PNM ran away from fight
The PNM threw off their jackets and jumped in the ring calling for a fight and when the fight came, they ran. They continue to provide a good laugh.
For a number of years they have been bluffing their way into the minds of citizens. They once said dead people were voting and that plane loads of Guyanese came into this country to vote. They even got the police to arrest and charge persons with voter-padding, with the courts throwing out the charges years later due to lack of evidence. The PNM went about laughing up and down the country after the 18-18 result, saying the president threw the husband out the house and put in the horner-man.
One can notice that for quite some time the PNM has been clueless as to their role as the Opposition in the Parliament and should not seek to be dramatic and out-of-place, but should instead use the PP’s own manifesto to keep them in check. And even if that also may be difficult for them, they must realise the importance of being a decent Opposition.
