Dr. Rishad Seecheran is the incumbent MP for Caroni East and has served the constituency diligently over many years as the constituency’s Treasurer, Secretary and Chairman, while also supporting the work of our party’s national youth arm since 2013.

Dr Seecheran has played an instrumental role in our party’s medical clinics helping hundreds of patients throughout Trinidad.

He is a Qualified General Dental Surgeon, with Post-Graduate Certificates in Dental Implantology. 

He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2005, his Bachelor of Laws degrees in 2020, and has recently completed his Legal Practice Certificate.

Dr. Seecheran is the Owner and Principal Dental Surgeon, DentalPlus Limited.
