I continue to be amazed at the continued guile and sleight of hand tactics used by Warner cunningly and craftily in an attempt to get himself out of a myriad of allegations of wrong doing.
The latest being his explanation that he did not pay himself out of his Constituency funds, but that he was simple “shifting” funds around to reimburse himself for monies he had placed in the account to meet constituency expenses, when funds were unavailable. His explanation came after he first derisively dismissed the self-payment allegation as “foolishness”, his much loved catch-all phrase that we have all come to expect, as his standard defence. Come on Jack do like the young people say, “mix it up nah”.
Isn’t it ironic and déjà vu that as soon as the front page article hit about Warner paying himself heftily out of his constituency funds that he promptly announced to the media and publicly that he has more “bombs” to drop relating the Prime Minister and the PP. And what did those “bombs” turn out to be? As I live and breathe; Section 34 it is!
I can imagine that this will be the same strategy that Warner will employ when he has to answer questions in the US Courts relating to charges of illegal wire transfers of funds, racketeering and fraud. When fingers point at him, dodge and point fingers at others. Jack isn’t nimble and quick for nothing!
If indeed Warner paid himself out of constituency funds, while claiming every Monday morning that he only take $1 dollar as MP salary and in the process duping the entire nation; then surely there is a special place reserved for him when he meets his maker. But he will have to wait a bit, as bed and breakfast arrangement is being made for him by the Feds.
